Timur's Invasion Resulted in Migration of 1700 Skilled Woodcarvers, Weavers, Architects, Calligraphers and Cooks From Samarkand To the Himalayan Valley of Kashmir in Northern India. the Descendents of These Cooks Became Master Chefs and Were Called the Wazas.
